The Supervision :

 

The supervision is an industrial technic of follow-up and IT piloting of automated manufacturing processes. The supervision concerns the acquisition of data (measures, alarms, return of state of functioning) and parameters of command of the processes usually managed by  programmable automatons (Source Wikipedia).

It’s essential to follow, control and command in real time any installation and any automated process. The main advantage, besides the control at the T moment is the quality of the process, is to limit the pauses of production and thus to offer to the company of productivity gains.

 

 

The Remote Maintenance :

 

If you are not equipped with a software package of supervision, there is a possibility of the remote handling of the automaton which allows to detect the defects and the anomalies on the installation real time automatons

 

In case of dysfunction or of request of modifications on the automaton, our account manager, thanks to a secure web connection, can then take the remote hand and realize a diagnosis. With your agreement, he can operate in real time to update  the program.
